The Terms of Service apply to the buyer of the Red Rocket RRKT Token (hereinafter “RRKT TOKEN”) and constitutes an agreement between Red Rocket RRKT Token and you. 1. TOKEN DISTRIBUTION Token distribution is not a public offering of equity or debt and consequently does not fall under the securities or any prospectus regulation. Red Rocket RRKT Token reserves the right to amend acceptable digital asset or FIAT at any time, based on its sole discretion. All acquirement of RRKT Utility Tokens shall be publicly accessible.

2. KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED 2.1 The User purchasing RRKT Utility Tokens expressly acknowledges and represents that she/he has carefully reviewed the Terms of Service and fully understands the risks, costs and benefits associated with the acquisition of this token as indicated in the Terms of Service.

2.2 The User undertaking to acquire RRKT Utility Token in relation to the token sale should ensure that she/he understands and has significant experience of cryptocurrencies, blockchain systems and services, and that she/he fully understands the risks associated with the Token Sale as well as the mechanism related to the use and custody of cryptocurrencies.

User expressly agrees and acknowledges that anytime throughout the duration of these Terms, RRKT

Utility Tokens may require material, technical, commercial or any other changes and understands that an upgrade or modification of the RRKT Utility Tokens may be required. If a user decides not to participate in such upgrade, the user acknowledges and agrees that non- upgraded RRKT Utility Tokens may lose their functionality in full and that they may no longer use the RRKT Utility Token.

3. RISKS 3.1 Legal Risk concerning Security Regulation. There is a risk that in some jurisdictions RRKT Utility Tokens might be considered as a security, now or in the future. Red Rocket RRKT Token does not give warranties or guarantees that RRKT Utility Token is not a security in all jurisdictions.
